Charge is £140 for an eight hour session, or we could cut a deal for block bookings, if you wish to spend a few sessions getting a new single or some album tracks together.

Our newly refurbished studio is only 10 minutes walk from Yoker train station or 15 minutes from Clydebank train station.
Our studio features a massive 9m x 5m live room and 6m x 4m control room and comfortable communal games area with access to free tea/coffee and wifi. Our shop carries strings, sticks, plectrums, leads, drinks, crisps and sweets.
Now on to the good stuff. Our control room features a Digidesign/Focusrite Control 24 console running into Pro Tools HD 8.
Monitoring is provided by Tannoy Reveals and Mackie HR624s. Our outbaord includes a Line 6 Pod Pro and Alesis DM5 and we have a wide selection of plugins.
We have a wide selection of microphones from AKG, Audix, Red5, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Shure, Rode and SE Electronics.
A full equipment list is available on our website or simply get in touch and arrange to come down and have a tour and a cuppa.
We offer rates with and without engineer, so if you're working freelance you can bring your own clients into our studio and make use of our excellent facility. You'll even get one of our two in-house engineers as standby assistants (special discounts apply to audio students).

Lofi Studios is Scotland 's no.1 recording & rehearsal complex. Part of the historic Merchant's House building, we are situated on the west side of George Square in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We currently have 9 professionally soundproofed & acoustically treated rehearsal rooms, all with top of the range gear, including Marshall, Ampeg, Orange, Vox, Ashdown, Line 6, Sound City, Roland, Tama and Pearl. Our day lit recording studio boasts the latest, state of the art equipment, a spacious control room, 2 large, acoustically treated adjacent live rooms, and 2 isolation booths. All recording and rehearsal facilities are fully air conditioned with comfortable seating and wooden floors throughout. Live PZM to CD recording facilities are supplied, free of charge, in every rehearsal room. Spacious storage lockers are free to block bookers, and free broadband wifi internet access is available via our computer stations or personal laptops. A TV lounge is provided with drinks and snacks vending, and instrument hire and accessory sales are available from the front desk. Rehearsal prices start at £5 per hour, and digital recording prices start at £60 for 3 hours, engineer included. Open 7 days a week from 12pm - 12am (except Saturdays, 12pm - 9pm ) for rehearsals, and 9am onwards for recording.
