We are "Tumbleweed" three piece Country band with two vocalists, Guitar,Bass and Pedal Steel.
We are presently playing a Country music jam session on a Thursday evening,This is the only session of it's kind in the area has proved to be very successful having attracted musicians and singers,the lounge in which We perform had been virtually empty of patrons and now the place is quite busy.The owner does very little,if anything to promote the gig and the price of a drink or two is high,He seems to think We(The Band) do not incur expenses and thinks We are well rewarded by giving us a free soft drink.
We are now looking for a new venue where there is a decent sized room with realistic prices,We are a well experienced Band and will be happy to discuss a weekly engagement with any suitable bars in the Glasgow area.

The North V South Paintball & Combat Games Festival is the biggest of its kind in Europe.
Its a 3 day Festival attended by over 2000 people interested in Paintball, Airsoft, Laser Combat, and other forms of outdoor combat gaming, and takes place on an active army training facility (camp).

Bohém Ragtime Jazz Band on tour and looking for more gigs in 2012, summer
The Hungarian Bohém Ragtime Jazz Band is probably the world's most versatile jazz band. You might have heard and seen the band as they have already played in the UK a few times, besides individual concerts at the Bude and the Whitley Bay Jazz Festival, too. The band is fluent in any style of traditional jazz, most members are multi-instrumentalists, they master ragtime and are capable and love to play for swing dancers, too.

The Bohém Ragtime Jazz Band has some open days for the following dates: between July 30, Mon and Aug 8, Wed. On the 3rd Aug the band plays at the Spice of Life Jazz Club in London and on the 4th Aug in the Blue Train, London.

Southbound the Band
We're taking bookings for 2012 at the moment but we have no Friday nights left until 2013. We still have a few Saturdays left and can be contacted on southbounders@hotmail.com for enquiries etc.
We consist of two very live guitarists who play along with drum and bass backing tracks and therefore can play very small venues as well as large ones. We have a 1500 watt PA, so can fill very large halls with sound easily.

Live music event at the Falkirk Wheel 25th Sept 2011

I am looking for entertainers for this event between 4 - 6 p.m as part of an initiative to demonstrate Falkirk's Musical Talent

the event is part of a charity day to raise much needed funds for Seagull Trust Cruises, who offer free canal cruises for people with special needs.

It is also celebrating the 10th anniversary of the restoration of the Forth and Clyde Canals;
this year the Forth and Clyde 10 flotilla are attempting to break the Guinness Book of records for the largest number of boats in a lock at anyone time.the flotilla is travelling from Glasgow to Falkirk between 23 - 25th September, and will arrive at the wheel between 12 and 6 p.m.

it would be fantastic if you could support us at this event and be part of our cultural and historic event
it is also great promotional opportunity for the band

The Modern Kind (TMK) Are a NEW upcoming, very EXCITING Glasgow based band but availabe for the majority of Scotland, mainly EDINBURGH, DUNDEE, FIFE and of course GLASGOW.

This 5 piece ROCK/indie, all male, band have only just formed at the beginning of 2011 but have been in previous bands before and are greatly experienced and have one of THEE greatest drummers since Reni :) and complete guitar geniuses with one smooth singing front man.

UNSIGNED SUNDAY GIG
New venture looking to start a show called UNSIGNED SUNDAY in our wee club in fife. Experienced Covers Soloist looking for pub gigs
I'm a very experienced acoustic covers singer. Have done the circuit in Ibiza, Mallorca, Ireland and the UK, currently gigging in Edinburgh but have moved to the Tayside area and looking for gigs in Dundee and surrounding areas. Play mainly just acoustic but with some quality backing tracks as well to mix it up. Different styles of artists covered from the 1950s up to artists out as recent as Mumford and sons.
